Capture Handwritten Information
PenData’s TransScribe enables you to capture your handwritten notes as both digital images and computer text. What
you write on the paper is automatically and securely stored in the pen. If you are writing with a ballpoint pen now, you
can use TransScribe.
Convert Handwritten Information into Data
Place the pen in the small docking station attached to your PC and the data is automatically uploaded to the system. The
results can be edited, saved as a file, and printed for physical storage.
Verify, Edit, Save
The TransScribe application immediately presents you with both a picture perfect image of the form showing your exact
handwriting. and a computer text version in a side-by-side display. The text version may then be edited and saved in
your document files.
TransScribe Enterprise
TransScribe Enterprise is the solution for organizations using many different forms, have many people writing notes, and
share information among various groups. Your forms, printed on regular paper with a shaded background, are loaded onto the
TransScribe software on your server. Many different "pen stations" may be used to securely upload any of the forms to the
central server where they can be accessed by users with the appropriate authority.
